At the start of 2025, the Jones Loop Commercial site in Punta Gorda was nothing more than a cleared piece of land. Over the course of the year, significant progress has been made. Our crews have advanced the site through multiple phases, including storm drainage installation, underground utility work, and preparing the foundation for future development. A man-made retention pond has also been constructed behind the site to support proper water management and long-term sustainability.

Jones Loop continues to move steadily toward
its next phase as we head into 2026.
