At the start of the year, the Venice River Road site was an undeveloped piece of land. Since then, our team has completed initial site preparation, followed by grading and storm drainage installation. Today, this location is progressing through essential infrastructure work as we move toward the future construction of a Publix grocery store and shopping center—bringing new convenience and commercial development to the Venice community.
